Diane S. Hawkins is an organizational consultant and trainer with a specialization in workplace communication and collaboration. Diane has a dynamic background and extensive experience providing expert consulting, coaching, and training services to all levels of staff, professional and non-professional, delivering results such as improved communication, teamwork, collaboration, and overall organizational productivity. She has facilitated over 1,200 workshops and seminars, giving her a broad knowledge base developed through exposure to a wide variety of industries, companies, cultures, and people. In 2002, Diane added career management consulting, coaching and training to her repertoire. Diane's client list includes Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and federal and state government agencies located around the world.

A popular and dynamic speaker, Diane has been featured at the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Heart of America Regional Conference, the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Session, and the Annual Winter Workshop of the New Mexico Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). She is qualified in a variety of assessment instruments including Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Insight Inventory, and Birkman First Look.

Diane currently serves on the faculties of the Community College of Baltimore County, the American Dental Association, American Psychiatric Services Healthcare, and the Sheppard & Enoch Pratt Hospital. She is a past seminar leader for Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack®. In 1991 Diane had the distinction of being named to the Roster of Honor of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
